Temple Beth-El of Great Neck helping to support Ukraine

In living and modeling their shema — Inspire Through Purpose, Be Known By Love — Temple Beth-El of Great Neck asks the community to join together through fundraisers and donation support to assist Ukrainians during this humanitarian crisis.

For the next several weeks, Temple Beth-El will be raising money and sharing resources to benefit Ukrainian relief efforts. All proceeds from TBE fundraisers will go to directly to support those efforts.

Temple Beth-El Fundraisers:
Challah for Hope
Temple Beth-El of Great Neck will begin selling challah dough for people to pick up and take home to bake and enjoy at their Shabbat Table. All proceeds will go directly to Ukrainian relief efforts.
All orders need to be placed by the Monday of the week you would like to receive your challah dough and you can pick up your challah dough on Friday of that week. Challah dough will come frozen in individual bags along with proper baking instructions. The cost of each bag of challah dough is $8 ($6 is tax deductible) and you are invited to make an additional donation to Ukrainian relief efforts. To place an order, contact Jaqui at 516-487-0900.

Pizza for Peace
Wednesday, March 16 at 6 p.m. before the Megillah reading Temple Beth-El invites you and your family for a pizza dinner with proceeds benefiting Ukrainian relief efforts. The cost is $18 for adults and $10 for kids (a portion of the cost is tax deductible). Enjoy pizza, salad and garlic knots! To sign up for dinner, contact Jaqui at 516-487-0900.
