Jason Pick of Compass has announced a record-breaking sale at 2 Adelphi Drive, Plainview New York. The stunning new construction broke the city’s record as the highest priced home sale in Plainview.

Pick, noted that this isn’t the only luxury home sale in the area. Just down the street from 2 Adelphi, 985 Washington Ave will close at nearly $1,600,000. 985 Washington Ave is also a new construction with bespoke luxury finishes.
Pick, the selling agent for both properties, said he has noticed a sharp increase in both pricing and demand in Plainview. He attributed this to more families moving out to Long Island and purchasing luxury homes.
