Herricks High School Student Theater Arts Company (STAC) recently took a multi-destination field trip to Brooklyn. The day started with a trip to Prospect Park for a photo assignment followed by a trip to the Brooklyn Museum.
After dinner the Herricks students saw Shakespeare’s Hamlet at the Brooklyn Academy of Music in German. A key part of the STAC curriculum is experiencing the cultural riches of New York City and beyond.
STAC is a multi-disciplinary arts program allowing students to develop skills and create work across multiple disciplines in the fine and performing arts, including art, music, dance, drama, filmmaking, and creative writing.
