Shopping and supporting a good cause — that’s just one more reason to visit Manhasset’s local merchants.

From now through Sept. 1, the some Manhasset Chamber of Commerce members are donating 10 percent of their sales to the Manhasset chapter of AHRC Nassau.

AHRC is dedicated to improving the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Mention AHRC when visiting Nancy Morris State Farm, Adelina Salon, Chocolate Works, Barrel Grapes, The Jewelry Appraiser, CMIT Solutions, HOMEREDI, Gallery Couture and Loop, Showcase Kitchens and Showcase Baths, Town and Country Flowers, Robert Bruno DDS, Shelley Scotto, Coldwell Banker and Olga Lucia Permanent Cosmetics.
