North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena and Council Member Veronica Lurvey were proud to join the Manhasset Chamber of Commerce on April 22 for a community cleanup event.
Volunteers gathered at Mary Jane Davies Green in Manhasset and assisted with sidewalk sweeping along with plantings and weeding. The Town of North Hempstead provided materials for the cleanup along with t-shirts for participants.
