January events at the Floral Park Library

Happy New Year! As a reminder, the Library is open during its usual hours as construction continues on the front entrance.

There’s been some confusion about this as the entrance is boarded up for protection, and access is via the rear entrance only.

In addition, there’s Mommy and me with Chefs of d’Future. And Young Engineers Sphero Robotic Painting (K-2 and 3-5), and a Lunar New Year Family Event with Chefs of d’Future.
Teens have their own Sphero Robotic Painting program and Lunar New Year event with Chefs of d’Future. There’s also a Teen Advisory Board Community Service meeting.

The Evening Edition always welcomes new members.
The Library Board meets at 7:30 pm Wednesday, January 11th. All are welcome to attend.

The Library is closed Monday, Jan. 2 for the New Year’s holiday, and Monday, Jan. 16 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. holiday.
