The Nassau NICE Bus service is partnering with local libraries to bring attention to public libraries near bus stops. These special bus stop signs feature a QR code that, when scanned, takes people to that library’s website and provides walking directions from the bus to the library. The Mineola Memorial Library is appreciative that these signs will make it easier for the community to learn more about all of the activities it has to offer. Mayor Paul Pereira and Village Clerk Bryan Rivera joined Library Director Charles Sleefe and staff to unveil one of the signs on Mineola Boulevard.
