Temple Judea’s Social Action Weekend will kick off at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 16 with a fundraiser to benefit the victims of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico.

The community is invited to a festive evening of song with Temple Judea’s Spencer Herman and his guitar-playing partner, David Florman, who have played in concerts across Long Island recreating the hits of the ’60s and ’70s

Wine and dessert will be served. A minimum donation of $18 per person is requested, payable to Temple Judea of Manhasset. All funds will be donated to Hurricane Recovery through the Jewish Community Center of Puerto Rico-Shaarei-Zedek Synagogue.
