Watercolor Art For Ukraine silent auction

The Watercolor Artists of Oyster Bay, a group of watercolor enthusiasts who meet weekly at Planting Fields Arboretum, are devastated by the suffering of the Ukrainian people as they defend themselves against Russian Aggression.

As a group, we wanted to help in any way possible and have, therefore, mounted an exhibit of original Sunflower paintings as sunflowers are the national flower.

During the month of August, a silent auction of framed, donated paintings are on exhibit at The Haybarn at Planting Fields Arboretum. Winning bidders will be contacted in early September.

Support local journalism by subscribing to your Blank Slate Media community newspaper for just $50 a year.

Alternately, fine art giclee prints and placemats are available for purchase through the website www.theimagestoreusa.com with whom we have partnered.

All profits and contributions will be donated to The World Relief Organization (a 501c3) specifically for the benefit of the Ukrainian people.
