Join us for a free art talk at the Bryant Library on Thursday, June 1 at 1 pm! Art historian and curator Jay Schuck explores the life and work of the High Italian Renaissance artist, Raphael. Learn about the artist’s work and artistic process in relation to contemporaries of his time.

Jay Schuck is a fine arts curator, educator, historian, and writer dedicated to the arts on Long Island. Jay received his B.A. and M.A. in art history and criticism from Stony Brook University.

In 2019, he was awarded the inaugural Outstanding M.A. Thesis Award for his paper, “Sculpting the Soul: The Bust Portraiture of Gian Lorenzo Bernini.”
