INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2022 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2022 ENTITLED “A LOCAL LAW AMENDING SECTION 73-2 OF THE CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK WITH RESPECT TO INCOME LIMITS FOR SENIOR CITIZEN TAX EXEMPTIONS.” PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park (“Village”) and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on October 4, 2022 by the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park on the proposed adoption of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 3 of 2022 and following the close of the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 3 of 2022 entitled: “A Local Law Amending Section 73-2 of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park with Respect to Income Limits for Senior Citizen Tax Exemptions.” This local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
