LEGAL NOTICE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2023 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK LOCAL LAW NO. 3 OF 2023 ENTITLED: ìA LOCAL LAW ADDING SECTION 55-2.1 TO THE CODE OF THE †INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK ENTITLED ìENUMERATION OF PROHIBITED NOISES.”PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park (“Village”) and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on November 21, 2023 by the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park on the proposed adoption of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 2 of 2023 and following the close of the hearing, the Village Board duly adopted the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 3 of 2023 entitled: : “A Local Law adding Section 55-2.1 to the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park entitled” Enumeration of Prohibited Noises.
