LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 6:30 PM at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following: PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 523 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED “WATER”, SECTION 523-20, ENTITLED “PERMISSION REQUIRED TO TURN ON WATER”; PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 523 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED “WATER”, SECTION 523-28, ENTITLED “WATER RATES; FEES”; and PROPOSED LOCAL LAW AMENDING CHAPTER 523 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA, ENTITLED “WATER”, SECTION 523-30, ENTITLED “RESPONSIBILITY FOR MAINS AND PIPES”.
