ADMINISTRATIVE POSITION Small western Nassau CPA firm seeks administrative person to perform routine office tasks and assist other administrative personnel with billing, electronic file management, processing of year-end tax
reporting forms including 1099’s and W-2’s, and covering phones when needed. Candidate’s ability to effectively communicate with clients both in writing and orally is required. Full-time position. Benefits​/​pension​/​vacation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory. Ideal candidate would have prior experience working for a CPA firm.
