Registration open for elementary enrichment in Great Neck

Registration is open for the third trimester of the Great Neck Public Schools Elementary AM/PM Enrichment Program. This is a tuition-based program that offers enrichment courses for elementary students before and after school hours. Each course meets once a week over ten weeks.

Early morning courses include a variety of academic and physical activities for students in second through fifth grades. This trimester, the enrichment program is continuing after-school courses for fourth and fifth-grade students that focus on world languages. These offerings include Latin and Spanish courses.

The AM/PM Enrichment Program is available at E.M. Baker, John F. Kennedy, Lakeville and Saddle Rock schools. Course offerings and times vary by school building.

The third trimester of the Elementary AM/PM Enrichment Program will begin on March 18 and run through May 31. Parents and guardians are encouraged to register before March 11; offerings may change after March 11 based on the level of interest for each course.

The fee for each course is $100. For a complete list of course offerings and registration information, please view the program catalogs on the district website at www.greatneck.k12.ny.us/rec.
