Adam Fisher is a Partner at Frankel Loughran Starr and Vallone LLP in the Business Tax Services Group in Garden City.

For nearly 15 years, he has provided tax advice and exceptional service to businesses and their leaders.

He provides tax advisory and compliance services to a broad range of businesses, including private equity funds, investment entities, real estate companies, venture capital firms, family offices, closely held businesses, management companies, and high-net-worth individuals. Adam serves as a co-lead partner with the firm’s WTS Global alliance.

In today’s environment of constantly changing tax rules and ever-increasing complexity, Adam seeks to keep clients appraised of these changes and assists them in managing the myriad of tax compliance requirements.

He advises clients on a wide array of federal, state, and local tax matters, including pass-through entity and corporate compliance, domestic entity structuring, mergers and acquisitions, business formation and succession planning, inbound and outbound structuring, and international tax planning.

Before joining FLSV, Adam was a tax director at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance tax practice.

During his tenure with PwC, he gained valuable experience working with publicly traded companies and advised on complex domestic and international tax issues, financial statement tax audits, and tax compliance.

He also spent two years in the Washington National Tax Practice advising insurance companies on complex tax consulting matters. Adam earned a bachelor of science in accounting from Binghamton University and his juris doctor from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.

At Cardozo Law School, Adam was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution. He is licensed as a certified public accountant in the State of New York and is admitted to the bar in the State of New York and the State of New Jersey.

Adam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Additionally, he has authored articles published in Tax Notes and the Society of Actuaries, as well as in the Cardozo Journal of Conflict Resolution.

He also enjoys giving back to the Long Island community. In addition to participating in various Long Island community events and fundraisers, Adam was elected as a trustee to the Wantagh School District’s Board of Education in 2017 and was re-elected in 2020.

Adam finds joy and fulfillment in giving back and dedicating time to the Long Island community, especially with respect to education.
