Rabbi Deborah Sacks Mintz, one of the nation’s premier interpreters of Jewish communal music, is coming to Temple Israel of Great Neck.

A founding member of the famed Hadar Ensemble, Deborah will lead two workshops and a song circle for congregants. All are welcome.

Friday, May 17

7:30 p.m. – Dinner  ($30 for age 12+, $15 for age 3-12, Free 3 and under)
8:30 p.m. – Rising Song Nigun Circle

Saturday, May 18
9:15 a.m. – Shaharit Service in the Sanctuary and on Zoom
Noon – Kiddush
12:45 p.m. – Workshop: Singing at the Sea, Lamenting by the River: Song Narratives in Tanakh
