Wednesday, September 13 at 6:30 p.m. The book being discussed is: Eight Hundred Grapes by Laura Dave. After breaking up with her fiance, Georgia Ford heads home to her family’s Sonoma winery, hoping for support and sympathy from her family.  But when Georgia arrives home, nothing is at all familiar. Her parents, her brothers, the family business, are all unrecognizable. It seems her fiancé isn’t the only one who’s been keeping secrets.

Relaxation Through Meditation – Virtual

Thursday, September 14 at 6:30 p.m. Join Arlene Samsel, long time meditator, as she discusses how meditation can evoke a deeper state of relaxation and more peace within. She will also present a powerful meditation technique that can enrich one’s life on all levels. The audience will have a chance to practice this simple meditation that can help you in all aspects of your life . Arlene Samsel is uniquely qualified and experienced in meditation, public speaking, and the performing arts. She has been an elementary school teacher and has also performed publicly as a musician for many years.

Monday, September 11 at 4:30 p.m. Ages: 4 – 6 years (with parent/caregiver). We’ll wear costumes and reenact the movements of the moon around our sun. Experiment with moon dust and craters, make a model of the moon and a constellation viewer.

Play Hooray – Children’s Room
