All three Roslyn Elementary Schools—Heights, East Hills and Harbor Hill—welcomed parents back into their buildings for group tours in March and April. Parents were thrilled for a chance to see the library, cafeteria, and special area rooms. For some, it was the first opportunity to see the inside of their children’s schools since the pandemic began. The group tours were led by building principals Mary Wood, Sherry Ma, Nichole Lewis, Michelle Hazen, and Justin Gabrus. “We greatly appreciate your support over the past months as we navigated guidelines and mandates to keep our students and staff healthy and safe,” said building administrators in a letter to parents, along with a link to select an appointment time.
