The Community Synagogue celebrates 20 years with Cantor Franco

On March 11 at 8 p.m., The Community Synagogue will host “Make Your Own Kind of Music” – a Cantors’ Concert featuring The Community Synagogue’s beloved Cantor Claire Franco as she celebrates her 20th anniversary at the synagogue.

The evening will feature Broadway, folk and Jewish favorites presented by Franco and her colleagues.

Franco will be joined by her fellow cantors: Josh Breitzer (Congregation Beth Elohim; Brooklyn), Erin Frankel (American Conference of Cantors), Kay Greenwald (American Conference of Cantors), Seth Warner (Congregation Shaare Emeth; St. Louis, Missouri), Steven Weiss (Congregation Sha’aray Shalom; Hingham, Massachusetts), and special guests (not to be named).

“Make Your Own Kind of Music” will be hosted at The Community Synagogue. Tickets are $36, general admission, and include a dessert reception following the concert. Purchase tickets on The Community Synagogue’s website.
