Davidson; Internal Revenue Service; Oliphant Financial Group LLC; ETR Inc dba Empire Tax Reductions; Sterling Recoveries, Inc.; Midland Funding LLC dba in New York as Midland Funding of Delaware LLC, as successor in interest to A Chase Account, The People of the State of New York, The United States of America, and “JOHN DOE #1,” through “JOHN DOE #12;’ the last twelve names being fictitious and unknown to plaintiff, the persons or parties intended being the tenants, occupants, persons or corporations, if any, having or claiming an interest in or lien upon the premises being foreclosed herein; Defendants – Index No. 601586/2020 Plaintiff Designates †Nassau County as the Place of Trial. The Basis of Venue is that the subject premises is situated in Nassau County.
