PLEASE TAKE NOTICE
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point, at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York 11024, will hear the continued application of Shahrzad and Morris Bichoupan, as owners, with regard to the premises at 33 Pheasant Run, Section 1, Block 178, Lot 28, to amend certain covenants and restrictions that restrict the location and size of structures that may be built on the premises, in conjunction with their plans to construct a new single-family dwelling with accessory structures.
The applications and accompanying exhibits are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and may be
inspected during normal business hours.
At said meeting, all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard.
In the event that anyone needs a special accommodation for a disability, such person is requested
to contact the Village Clerk at least five days before the meeting.
