The CVS at 310 Hillside Ave. in North New Hyde Park was robbed early Wednesday morning, police said.

Two males that police described as Hispanic and approximately 5-foot-8 were observed by a store manager placing merchandise in bags and attempting to leave the store without paying for them.

The manager confronted the subjects at the front door and the two suspects knocked an employee to the ground before fleeing on foot in an unknown direction, police said.

One of the suspects was described as wearing a blue shirt and a blue sweatshirt. The other suspect was said to be wearing a black jacket, brown pants and a mask, police said.
