A Mineola girl who was missing for more than four weeks has been found, police said Thursday morning.

Ana Marie Hernandez, 14, was located as of 11:22 a.m. Thursday, according to a Nassau County Police Department news release.

Hernandez had last been seen at her Washington Avenue home on Tuesday, June 27.

Police did not say where, exactly when or in what condition she was found.
