Once again, educational “results” that reflect nothing more than parental earnings. For the millionth time: there are NO “good schools.” Results are driven by the economic well being of the family, and nothing else. The teachers are no better, the curriculum is no better, the facilities are no better. And this can be proven over and over again by the results of SAT scores.

And of course, this being Nassau, the poor are forced to pay a far higher percentage of their income for education. which only serves to hobble the results THEY get for their own children.Their economic well being is systematically drained, with predictable outcomes.

A self perpetuating poverty scheme, brought to you by the NYSUT and a spineless, captive government.

God bless the smug complacency of the Long Island “progressive.”
