As a member of a top-producing team, Josh has been instrumental in transacting on over 3 million square feet of commercial real estate over the past three years, with a total deal consideration exceeding $450 million.
His expertise and dedication have consistently delivered exceptional results for his clients.
Some notable transactions include the successful sale of 45 Oser Ave in Hauppauge, NY, where Josh facilitated the transaction with Link Logistics, resulting in the construction of a new Class A distribution center. He also played a crucial role in marketing the facility and subsequently leasing it to a national tire distributor.
In another significant deal, Josh represented Time Cap Labs, a global pharmaceutical company, in their expansion to 235 Pinelawn Road in Melville.
This lease marked one of the first new Class A construction leases executed on the island, showcasing Josh’s ability to navigate complex transactions and secure favorable client outcomes.
Josh also represented ViacomCBS in their expansion from their existing data/communications center to the HBO facility in Hauppauge at 300 New Highway. This pivotal transaction facilitated Viacom’s operational needs and contributed to HBO’s relocation off the island.
Before joining Newmark, Josh served as a director at Cushman & Wakefield for seven years, where he excelled in client relationship management, valuations, and business development.
He is certified by Altus Group for Argus Enterprise, demonstrating his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry practices.
Josh is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society and has been recognized for his professional achievements.
