What has enabled you to be successful?

My early influences were profoundly shaped by the values and work ethic instilled in me by my father. His unwavering dedication as a hard worker and his commitment to providing for our family profoundly impacted me.

I have vivid memories of eagerly awaiting his return from business trips, running to greet him, and catching the scent of smoke on his clothes. These moments taught me the value of hard work, determination, and the importance of showing up consistently for those you care about.

Equally significant was my mother’s presence as a kind and empathetic figure at home. Her nurturing nature complemented my father’s persistence, reinforcing the importance of balance and understanding in all aspects of life.

These early influences, particularly the lessons drawn from my father’s work ethic and my mother’s compassion, laid the foundation for my drive to succeed and my commitment to positively impacting my career and community.
