Tyson Ave.Clayton Ave. from Covert Ave. to Dead EndSpooner St. Municipal Parking LotIntersection of Park Pl. and Elizabeth St.Sealed Bids for the 2022 Roadway Improvements Program will be received by the Village Administrator of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park, located at Village Hall, 1 Floral Boulevard, Floral Park, New York, until 11:00 a.m. (Local Time), on Friday, June 3, 2022, and then at said office, publicly opened and read aloud.Complete digital sets of bid documents, drawings and specifications, containing the Advertisement for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Bid, Bid Bond, Agreement, General Conditions, Supplementary Condition, Payment Bond, Performance Bond, Drawings, Special Conditions, Technical Specifications and Appendix Information may be obtained on or after Friday, May 20, 2022, online as a download at the following website: fpvillagebids.org for a non-refundable fee of forty nine (49.00) dollars.Optionally, complete printed sets of bid documents, drawings and specifications, may be obtained from REVplans, 330 Route 17A, Suite #2, Goshen, New York 10924 Tel: 1-877-272-0216, upon depositing the sum of one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each combined set of documents. Checks or money orders shall be made payable to The Incorporated Village of Floral Park. Plan deposit is refundable in accordance with the terms in the Instructions to Bidders. Any bidder requiring documents to be shipped shall make arrangements with the printer and pay for all packaging and shipping costs.Please note REVplans is the designated location and means for distributing and obtaining all bid package information. All bidders are required to register to ensure receipt of all necessary information, including bid addenda.All bid addenda will be transmitted to registered plan holders via email and will be available at fpvillagebids.org. Each Bid must be accompanied by a certified or bank cashier’s check made payable to The Incorporated Village of Floral Park, or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the State of New York and named in the current list of “Companies Holding Certificates of Authority as Sureties on Federal Bonds and as Acceptable Reinsuring Companies” as published in Circular 570 (amended) by the Financial Management Service, Surety Bond-Branch, U.S. Department of the Treasury, in an amount not less than five percent of the amount of the Bid submitted. Bidders are required to execute a non-collusive bidding certification required by Section 103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York.The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of employment to be†observed and the minimum wage rates to be paid under the contracts.Bidders are also required to comply with the anti-discrimination provisions of Sections 290-301 of the Executive Law of the State of New York.The Village reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids received, to re-advertise for Bids, to abandon the project, to waive any or all informalities in any Bid received and to accept any proposal which the Village decides to be for the best interest of the Village.Incorporated Village of Floral Park
