NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING & REGULAR MEETING ON PROPOSED BILL 2-2021 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Russell Gardens will hold a Public Hearing virtually on the 7th day of October 2021 at 8:00 P.M. in the evening to consider: A LOCAL LAW TO AMEND INC. VILLAGE OF RUSSELL GARDENS CODE Chapter 30 entitled ìNoise; Disturbance of the Peace.î Section One, Section 30-2 entitled ìSound equipment; playing of music; air conditioner units and generators.î Copies of the law described above, are on file in the office of the Village Clerk and are available for inspection during regular village office hours. In accordance with Governor HochulÃs legislation (S.50001/A.40001) extending virtual access to public meetings under NYS Open Meetings Law, the October 7, 2021 Public Meeting will be held via Zoom. A transcript will be provided later. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live via the Zoom App. PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the public can watch the meeting through the Zoom App. †If any interested member of the public would like to provide comments, they can be emailed before the meeting to Danielle Pennise, Village Clerk Treasurer at [email protected].
