Roslyn High School’s Royal Crown Players staged three live performances of Anything Goes — March 21-23 — for the Roslyn community.

Starring in the cast were: Lila Freifeld, Denis Calos, Elyssa Ghalchi, Lily Ahearn, Teddy Hua, Becky Fein, Hendrix Csompo, Kira Diament, Riley Danbusky, and Brigida Sarcona.

The show was directed by vocal music teacher and Royal Crown Players Director Christina Cinnamo and co-director/teacher Jill Fedun.

Anything Goes is a classic musical set aboard the ocean liner S.S. American. The story follows the madcap adventures of passengers and crew. As romantic entanglements and mistaken identities unfold, the characters find themselves in hilarious and unexpected situations. Filled with catchy songs by Cole Porter, the musical is a joyful romp through love, laughter, and high seas hijinks.

The Royal Crown Players of Roslyn High School have been in existence since 1941, providing students with the opportunity to explore many aspects, genres, and specialties of the theatrical performing arts, as well as the opportunity to perform and perfect their craft.
